Each day there will be 3 service stations provided by SPAR. Each service station will offer snacks and drinks by SPAR, tech support, medical, toilets and bars, gels and isotonic drinks by 226ers:

RACE DAY BCAA
A 40 g gluten-free energy bar that is suitable for vegans: perfect for both training and competitions. Rich in carbohydrates, being made of nuts and pumpkin seeds. These bars are easy to chew and provide a boost of energy, but without causing any insulin spikes. 

The bars are available in different flavours and formats.  Which will you choose?

BCAA: in an 8:1:1 ratio (Leucine +).

• Dark chocolate: with natural cacao powder, ecological chocolate chips and natural chocolate aroma.
• Apple & Cinnamon: with ecological dehydrated apple pieces, ecological powdered cinnamon and natural apple aroma. 
• Banana & Ginger: with banana flakes, ecological powdered ginger and natural banana aroma.

Salty Trail: featuring a salty touch and 120 mg of sodium per bar.

• Almonds & Seeds: with toasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. 

HIGH ENERGY GEL
A 76 g stick: our gels provide 50 grams of carbohydrates per unit. They are designed to offer prolonged energy release, which is perfect during exercise. 

During the course of Swiss Epic you will be able to choose from a range of different varieties: 

• Blackcurrant BCAA: containing 1 gram of BCAA in an 8:1:1 ratio.
• Expresso Coffee with Caffeine: basic formula with 80 mg of added caffeine.
• Salty Peanut & Honey: containing 250 mg of sodium and a salty touch

ISOTONIC ICE GEL
A 68 g stick: isotonic energy gel containing carbohydrates (22 g), ciclodextrin, natural aromas and the natural sweetener, stevia. 

This gel boosts the replacement of glycogen more efficiently. No water is required, since the gel itself contains the necessary amount. Formulated with natural aromas in order to enhance assimilation: 

• Without caffeine: Watermelon flavour and lime flavour
• With caffeine: Cola flavour with 100 mg of caffeine

HYDRAZERO
Hypotonic drink. We recommend you try our mineral salts drink during the trial. It will help you to replace lost electrolytes and refill your mineral salt reserves. 

Each dose of Hydrazero provides 500 mg of sodium, which improves hydration and provides a better balance of body fluids. It is made with stevia, which means that it replaces lost electrolytes, but without adding any calories. 

You will find it in two flavours: lemonand tropical flavour.
