To keep in mind:

*We will have Park and Ride option (on Krk, Baška - Stage 4), so everyone who's arriving with a car and want to leave their car to pick it up straight after the last stage should leave it in Baška, and we will transfer you, your bike and lugagge to Lošinj (Prologue and Stage 1).

* We offer FREE Parking in Lošinj (Prologue and Stage 1), but the transfer from Baška (Last Stage) to Lošinj to pick up the car won't be included or arranged by the organization.

 

NOTE: The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. 4Islands d.o.o. turistička agencija will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, 4Islands d.o.o. turistička agencija has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes/they become insolvent. Official Accommodation

You can choose between three Official Accommodations at the time of registration.
 
Hotel Package, Standard Boat and Premium Boat are the 4Islands Epic Official Accommodations. We will welcome you to the beauty of the Adriatic Sea! As you think about registering for the event, we want to share with you our three Official Accommodations located in the stunning Kvarner Bay. They are specially selected to provide you with the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

TIER 1 - August 2 to September 29

The Tier 1 Access, allows you to register with the Deferral Option for 2026 and Payment Plan.

TIER 2 - September 30 to Dec 8

 

· Hotel Package: 3,550€

TIER 3 - December 9 to March 9

 

· Hotel Package: 3,650€

· Standard Boat Package: 4,250€

· Premium Boat Package: 5,650€

 

Registrations will be open until SOLD OUT or until Registration Closing date (9th of March 2025).

Team Categories

Teams in the UCI categories will not qualify for age group leader jerseys in Mixed, Amateur, Masters, Grand Masters, and Great Grand Masters categories. Team age group will be determined by the age of the youngest rider in your team.

· UCI Men/Women
Both riders are male/female and have a valid UCI Elite License and are 19 years or older as of 31 December of the year in which the race takes place.
 
· Amateur Men/Women
Both riders are male/female and are 19 years or older as of 31 December of the year in which the race takes place.
 
· Mixed
One rider is male, and one rider is female. Both riders are 19+ as of 31 December of the year in which the race takes place.
 
· Masters Men/Women
Both riders are male/female and 40 years or older on 31 December of the year of the race.
 
· Grand Masters Men/Women
Both riders are male/female and 50 years or older on 31 December of the year of the race.
 
· Great Grand Masters Men/Women
Both riders are male/female and 60 years or older on 31 December of the year of the race.

Our main focus is to provide with the best possible service that's why here you will find all the information about the journey you are ready to start. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re always here to meet your needs please do not hesitate to contact us for more info.

Payment Plan

We understand that entering an Epic Series event is a big commitment, so we offer you the payment plan from which you can benefit if you sign up until 29 September 2024. The payment plan consists of 3 payments; these are due on the dates below:

  • Payment 1 (50%) is due at the time of registration
  • Payment 2 (25%) is due on 27th of October 2024
  • Payment 3 (25%) is due on 24th of November 2024
     

Setting up the payment plan is easy, you can select the option during the registration process. If you have any questions, please send us an email: 4islandsmtb@epic-series.com and we’d be glad to assist.

Please note: Your registration is only valid when all 3 payments have been made. When choosing the payment plan, you can’t claim any partial refund.

Deferral Option

Teams who register on or before 29 September 2024 are eligible to defer their 2025 race entry to the 2026 edition free of charge. All deferral requests will be honored until midnight, 1st of February 2025 regardless of the reason for deferral. Deferral requests must be submitted via the online deferral form.  The deferral may be only used once.

Please Note: Riders who were deferred from 2024 to 2025 are not eligible for deferral into 2026.

Withdrawal

If you are unable to find a substitute rider/team, withdrawal requests must be sent via the online withdrawal form during the following time frames to be eligible for a partial refund: 

  • From opening of registration until 29 September 2024: 100% refund (less the 4% of processing fee).
  • From 30 September 2024 until 30 November 2024: 75% refund (including processing fee).
  • From 1 December 2024 until 31 January 2025: 50% refund (including processing fee)
  • From 1 February 2025 until 29 February 2025: 25% refund (including processing fee).
  • From 1 March 2025: no refunds will be made.

Rider Changes

 
If one registered team member of a team can no longer participate due to sickness or injury, a Rider change can be requested considering the Rider change processing fees below. 
 
The Rider dropping out of the Package needs to submit the online Rider change request form. In this online request form the Rider dropping out must inform the Organiser if any optional extras booked in his/her registration should be transferred to the new Rider or if they are to be refunded according to the refund conditions above. Once the form has been submitted, the Rider change will be actioned within 7 working days after which the remaining rider can invite their new partner. 
 
Traveler Transfer (Rider/Supporter change) processing fee:
 
  • Until 9th of March 2025: EUR 30
  • From 9th of March 2025: EUR 60

Full Team Change

Each full team transfer is subject to the below processing fees. A full team transfer, including personalized services, is possible until three months prior to the start of the Package, subject to the processing fee stipulated below. During the period between three months until one month before the Package, the transfer is subject to a processing fee outlined below to compensate cost of changes within the personalized services of the new Riders. In order to process the full team transfer, the Team Captain would need to submit the online full team transfer request form. In this online request form the Team Captain must inform the Organiser if any optional extras booked in his/her registration should be transferred to the new team or if they are to be refunded according to the refund conditions above. Once the form has been submitted, the full team change will be actioned within 7 working days and a registration link will be sent to the new Team Captain.
