Pre Event

  1. (New Rider) needs to register a profile on Easyreg and share that email address with you.
  2. Sign into your Easyreg account and click on the Dashboard to see the entry.
  3. Then Click on the Entry and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  4. Next to each rider there is a Substitute Button. Click on the button and then follow the prompts for the new rider’s info.

The info you will need:
Are You South African? *
First Name *
Surname *
Gender *
Date Of Birth *
ID Number or Passport Number *
Email *
Mobile Number *

  1. Once you have done that, you click on the Link button and use the email address that (New Rider) gave you to link the entry to his profile.

There will be a R600 fee for the change and will be payable online.

Note:

  • Your new partner needs to have an online profile before you will be able to invite them.
  • The substitution fee will need to be paid before you can invite a new partner.
  • The deadline for online substitutions is the 30th of September 2024. Thereafter all substitutions will need to be processed at registration day.

At Event

The Race Office trailer will be located near to the entrance of the Savanna Chill Zone.

Your Rider Bag needs to be dropped off before the start of Stage 1 at the DHL trucks at the start venue between 06h00 and 08h00. You can collect your bag at Oak Valley from the DHL tent situated next to the rider tent village.

Before the start of Stage 3 your rider bag needs to be checked in again at the DHL tent between 06h00 – 08h00. You can then collect your bag again at the finish venue.

After the finish of each stage, you will receive a push notification from the Epic Series App and you can then access and view your results as well as your start time and start batch for the next day on the App. The results will also be available at the Race Office, on the Epic Series app and on our website: Wines2Whales results

Post Event

Results will be available on the Epic Series app and on our website

Please e-mail [email protected] with a description of the missing item as well as the location and time of misplacement. We will see if it has been handed in or if we can find it for you.

After the finish of each stage, the results will be available on the Epic Series App and at the Race Office, and on our website.
